This year my resolution was to be a “smart shopper”…that means no impulse buying for me. Well I’m happy to report that so far so good, and to ensure I stay on track, I’m…
a. Doing all of my sale shopping online to avoid any unplanned purchases
and
b. Investing in items that will carry me effortlessly from summer to autumn/winter
For footwear, I adore D&G Dolce&Gabanna’s chunky Plateva shoes. Worn this season, they’d look great with shorts and in the colder months can be paired with tights.
I’ve been obsessed with red for a while now and always grab the opportunity to inject a bit of colour into my wardrobe…this double Breasted Coat by J&M Davidson is perfect for the job.
Being that I’m fan of Hannah Marshall, (and we both hail from Colchester, Essex), I’ll be buying her flattering trapeze dress for the fabulous cocktail parties ahead along with this gorgeous fuchsia clutch by Botkier.
Finally wide-leg trousers are proving to be a serious contender against the ever popular slim leg. I love Twenty8Twelve’s Josaphine trousers for work and they’re great for any evening engagements.
